Qualification : MTech/ME/MSc/MS/BE/BTech in Electronics / Instrumentation /Electrical/Computer Science/Information Technology

Fellowship:

(i) 31,000/- + HRA to Scholars who are selected through

(a) National Eligibility Tests - CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or

(b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.

(ii) 25,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above.

Age: The upper age limit is 35 years as on the last date of the application. Age relaxation is applicable as per CSIR rules.

Job Description: selected candidate will work on the Jal Jeevan Mission project “Demonstration of IoT enabled off-the-shelf sensor-system to measure and monitor water quality, quantity and regularity for water service delivery at selected Pilot Location”.

Duration: the position is purely temporary for the duration of project till 19.07.2023. It would, therefore, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming extension or absorption in CSMCRI/CSIR. Initial appointment is for one year or co-terminus of the Project.

The last date for sending the application is 10 Jan 2023. Applications received by mail will be scrutinized based on the laid-down criteria by the committee and only such shortlisted candidates as are eligible as per criteria will be asked to attend the interview using the online mode/walk-in. The details of the interview will be sent to such candidates by e-mail. The interview of the shortlisted candidates is scheduled on 12 Jan 2023 at 10.30 AM through Skype/walk-in. Candidates may send their skype id along with the application. The selected candidates may pursue the Ph.D. programme in AcSIR as per the guidelines.
