Essential Qualification:  M.Sc in Chemistry.

(i) 31,000/- + HRA to Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests - CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.

(ii) 25,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above.

Age: The upper age limit is 35 years as on the last date of the application. Age relaxation is applicable as per CSIR rules.

Job Description: selected candidate will work on the Major Laboratory Project ‘Region Specific Smart Agro-technologies for enhancing soil and plant health (RSSA)’.

Duration: The position is purely temporary for the duration of project. The posts are purely temporary for the total duration of five years in any sponsored project/ Scheme. It would, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming extension or absorption in CSMCRI/CSIR. Initial appointment is for one year or co-terminus with the Project.

The last date for sending the application is 20th November, 2023. Applications received by mail will be scrutinized based on the laid-down criteria by the committee and only such shortlisted candidates as are eligible as per criteria will be asked to attend the interview using the online mode/walk-in. The details of the interview will be sent to such candidates by e-mail. The interview of the shortlisted candidates will be scheduled through Skype. Candidates may send their skype id along with the application. The selected candidates may pursue the Ph.D. programme in AcSIR as per the guidelines.
