Qualifications: Graduate degree in any discipline including B. Sc. Or B. Com. Or B.C.A. Or B.A. etc.

Desirable Qualifications: The candidates must have undergone computer certificate course (CCC) with hands-on MS Office. The candidates having one-year experience related to administrative/financial/purchase in Industrial/Academic/Government Institutions and Scientific Activities and Services are desirable. The candidates having excellent command in speaking and writing the languages (Hindi/English/Gujarati) are preferable. Furthermore, the candidate should have a good typing speed and must be fluent in computer use including typing (Hindi/English/Gujarati). These may be tested at the time of selection procedure.

Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 18,000 + HRA

Age: The upper age limit is 50 years as on last date of application.

Job Description: The selected candidates will have to support scientific administrative work in HR Cell of the institute. The candidate has to be versatile enough to move frequently from one office/premises to another while handling documents. Selected candidates are expected to perform data entry, communicate with scientific/administrative divisions of the institutes/universities for smooth functioning of HR activities, draft letters/e-mails, and carry out the work assigned by the authority.

The post is purely temporary, co-terminus with the project and may be extendable based on the performance, requirement, and fund availability. The post is purely temporary for a total duration of five years in any sponsored project/ scheme. It would, therefore, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming extension or absorption in CSMCRI/CSIR. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
