Qualifications and monthly emoluments:

Essential qualification: M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry

Monthly emoluments: i) Rs 35000/- (consolidated) for M.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry) from a recognized university or equivalent with scholars who are selected through (a) National eligibility tests-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE OR (b) National level examinations conducted by central government Departments and their agencies and institutes + Two years’ research experience.

ii) Rs 28000/- (consolidated) for others i.e. M.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry) from a recognized university or equivalent [without (a) and (b) above] + Two years’ research experience.

Age: As on the last date of receipt of application through email, maximum 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per CSIR rule.

Job description: Selected candidate will work on a DST sponsored project on the fabrication of nanofilms of polymer and “functional-molecular-framework”–polymer composite membranes for desalination, water purification, and molecular separation.

Application received by email will be scrutinized and shortlisted based on certain criteria and only such shortlisted candidates, eligible as per criteria, will be asked to attend the interview using the online mode. The details of the interview will be send to such candidates by e-mail.
