Essential Qualifications: M. Sc. in Organic Chemistry

Desirable experience: Candidate having M. Sc. with specialization in Organic Chemistry and a sound knowledge in organic synthesis, natural products and chemical process development are desirable. The selected candidate should to work on the industry sponsored project entitled “Method Development for the recovery of  Aleuritic Acid from the seed lac/kiri lac or any related lac sources”. The candidate should work on the recovery of organic acids from the seed lac or any related sources and their characterisation, process development and demonstration of the above processes.

Fellowship: Rs. 25000/- pm + HRA as per CSIR guidelines.

Age: (As on the last date of receipt of applications through e-mail, i.e. 15/08/2021), maximum 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per CSIR rules.

Duration: The position is purely temporary for six months only from the date of joining. It would, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming absorption in CSIR- CSMCRI.
