Applications are invited from talented and motivated candidates for working in ongoing Grant in Aid Project. The title of the project is “Mass seedling production of Kappaphycus alvarezii through tissue culture technique and supply of tissue cultured seedlings to the farmers of Tamil Nadu coast.” The details of post are as following: Project Assistant - 1 Post Qualification : B.Sc. Botany/ Biotechnology/Microbiology with minimum 55% marks. Fellowship : Rs. 20,000/-(consolidated) Job description : The selected candidate shall be ready to work on Mass propagation of Kappaphycus alvarezii through tissue culture in the laboratory and field condition in the sea. Age limit : 28 years as on date of interview (age relaxation as per CSIR rule). |
