Advertisement for 1 post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in DST funded Mission Innovation Challenge IC#3 project “ADSORPTION AND SEPARATION OF CO2 BY POROUS CARBON OBTAINED FROM AGRO-RESIDUES THROUGH COST-EFFECTIVE, CLEAN ENERGY METHODOLOGY”

Essential Qualifications: M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical (Thermal)/Chemical Engineering selected through GATE/CSIR-UGC NET.

Desirable: Experience in development of porous carbon from carbonaceous matter through thermochemical pathways, mass transfer analysis and modelling, gas adsorption studies, implementation of chemical process from bench to pilot scale, handling pilot scale boilers etc. Preference will be given to candidates having good academic records and relevant experience.

Emoluments: Rs. 31000/- pm + HRA.

Age: Candidates should not be more than 28 years as on 26.08.2021. Age relaxation applicable as per CSIR rules.

Applications received by mail will be scrutinized based on a certain criterion and only such short-listed candidates are eligible as per the criteria will be asked to attend the interview through Skype. Details of the interview will be intimated to such candidates by e-mail.
