CSIR-CSMCRI is a national research laboratory under CSIR, which is well equipped with research facilities. Applications are invited from talented and motivated candidates for instrument handling at CSIR-CSMCRI, Bhavnagar. The details of posts are as following:

Essential Qualification

M.Sc. Physics

The selected candidates will have to work on sample preparation, analysis and reporting of the test results. The candidate is expected to handle/operate XPS instrument.

Monthly remuneration

:
  1. ₹31,000/- + HRA to scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR UGC NET including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE (OR) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions
  2. ₹25,000/- + HRA for others who don’t fall under (i) above

Age limit

35 years*

These posts are purely temporary and therefore, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming extension or absorption in CSMCRI/CSIR. The appointment will be for a period of one year.

Applications received by mail will be scrutinized based on certain criteria and only such shortlisted candidates are eligible as per criteria will be asked to attend the interview using the online mode. The interview of the shortlisted candidates is scheduled on 17 May 2023 and will start at 10.30AM through Skype. Candidates may send their skype id along with the application.
